An order cancellation or change is only possible as long as it has not yet been processed.

Please contact us as soon as possible for this.

How do I get a confirmation of my order?

You will receive your order confirmation by email at the address you provided during the ordering process.

How can I check the status of my order?

The status of your order is divided into the phases of order confirmation and order processing.

Afterward, your order will be handed over to DHL.

You will receive an email notification for each phase of the order process.

How long does it take to process an order?

The processing time for your order depends on the contents of the order.

For orders with personalized items, the processing time is up to 2 days, but usually only 1 day.

For orders with non-personalized items, the processing time is a maximum of 1 day.

As shipping options, DHL small parcel shipping and express shipping are available.

How long does delivery take?

The average delivery time is 2 working days.

We currently deliver in Germany and Austria.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are as follows:


Standard shipping within Germany: free

Standard shipping to Austria: €2.95

Express shipping: €6.95

My delivery hasn't arrived, what should I do?

There can be various reasons for this. Possible causes include, for example, that the delivery was handed over to DHL but was lost during the shipping process. In such a case, you will naturally receive a free replacement delivery from us.

Returns and Refunds

How can I return a product?

You can cancel your contract by sending us an email, submitting the sample cancellation form by mail, or informing us by phone.

What is the return period?

The legally stipulated right of withdrawal period is 14 days.

It begins on the day on which you or a third party authorized by you (who is not the carrier) takes receipt of the goods – or, in the case of multiple partial deliveries, the last goods of your order.

Who pays the shipping costs for a return?

As the buyer, you bear the costs for the return shipment.

Please return the item to us with sufficient postage.
